If you have purchased product(s) and your warranty period has not expired, please follow the instruction below to fill in the RMA request forms. You need a RMA number for us to process your return. The RMA order number will allow us and you to track and process your return faster. We will send you the RMA number to you after receiving your properly filled forms. After you got the RMA number, please pack the item(s) safely along with a copy of the invoice and ship the item(s) to:

If the product(s) are defective or we sent you the wrong parts, we will sending you the replacement back free of charge via FedEx ground. Customers will be responsible for the upgrades to the other available and more expensive shipping options. Return Shipping Cost (The cost you pay to send an item back to All-Battery.com) is not reimbursable unless the products we sent to you are wrong or defective. All returned items MUST have a RMA number before you ship it back to us.
