If you suspect that your bought product needs to be returned for servicing, please complete this form and submit it to us. We will review the problem description you provide and contact you with either alternative solutions or an RMA number and instructions for product return.

read Warranty Policy first before submitting RMA request. Return will not be processed without
a valid RMA authorization.
you have purchased product(s) and your warranty period has not
expired, please follow the instruction below to fill in the RMA request
forms. You need a RMA number for us to process
your return. The RMA order number will allow us and you to track and process your return faster.
After forms are filled, we will review your submission and provided an RMA
or contact you for additional information. When approved you will be
provided an RMA number and proper instructions in sending it back to us.
Customer is responsible for packaging and returning
the goods to us undamaged. All-Battery.com will not be responsible for
the transit damage nor will accept the damaged the goods due to the
shipment to us. Please also keep a receipt of your return shipment so
you can trace your return shipment. All-Battery.com is not responsible
for package(s) lost in the shipment to us. If the product(s) are
defective or we sent you the wrong parts, we will sending you the
replacement back free of charge. Customers will be
responsible for upgrades to the other available and more expensive
shipping options. Return Shipping Cost (the cost you pay to send
an item back to All-Battery.com) is not reimbursable unless the products we sent to you are wrong or defective. All returned items MUST have a RMA number before you ship it back
