High Capacity Rechargeable Batteries
- High quality AA/AAA/C/D/9V size high capacity nickel hydride metal (NiMH) rechargeable batteries
- Super long running time with high capacity: AA (2600mAh), AAA (1000mAh), C (5000 mAh), D (10000 mAh), 9V (250mAh)
- Battery package provides huge savings for all your battery needs
- Very long life time means thousands of dollars in savings by eliminating the need to buy hundreds of throw away Alkaline batteries. A similar throw away battery package like this would cost you $15- $20, but they can be used only once.
- Exact replacement for standard AA/AAA/C/D/9V size batteries and NiCd rechargeable batteries
- Convenient operation due to the advantage that NiMH batteries have no memory effect.
- Can be rapidly charged with smart chargers and universal chargers
- Battery tested based on International Electronic Commission (IEC) standard to ensure capacity, quality and life time

I have rated the charger under its stand alone page and will not discuss it here except to say I plan to buy a second one. We have a substantial collection of cells mostly NiCd and wanted more capacity so I bought this collection. I got free shipping with it making it a rather good deal. As with all NiMH cells pre-conditioning with several charge-discharge cycles is needed. Be prepared for this to take forever with the big capacity D cells. We have used these cells as part of our every day activities for about 6 months now and find the extra capacity really desirable. I used to carry extra NiCd cells with my bicycle for the lights but don’t have to any longer. Overall these collections from All-Battery.com are the best values I have been able to find. However, there is one weakness to consider: the self discharge rate of these cells is substantial. It’s best to charge and then use them. They seem to self discharge in just a few weeks time. In applications like remote controls I would suggest NiCd rather than these NiMH cells. That said, I did end up buying other NiMH collections from All-Battery due to demand from the kids.
