All Orders processed & ships from California.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Sunday through Thursday are processed and forwarded to shipper within 1-2 Business Days of receipt of your order.
Orders placed after 1:30 PM (PST) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed first thing Monday morning.

Shipping Fees

Fees are based upon weight, distance, and shipping method. To get your shipping cost, add all desired item(s) to your shopping cart. On the Shopping Cart Page enter your Zip code under Estimate Shipping & Tax. You will be provided with the estimated shipping carrier options & the shipping Cost.

Note*: After entering your Zip code, choose (by dropdown) between which shipping carrier is best for you. It will have one default, but there are more options.

Domestic Shipping Options

We offer shipping with both USPS and FEDEX. We process & ship orders out from California.

USPS:

• First Class Mail: 1-7 business days.
  Most cost savings – suitable for small packages.
• USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days to most destinations.
  Best option for orders shipping to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, AK, HI, PR and Guam.

FedEx:

• FedEx Home Delivery/Ground: 1-7 Business Days
  Great tracking and reliability. See Image below on estimated timeframes.
• FedEx 2nd Day Air:
  Guaranteed 2 business-day delivery from date of shipment. Orders must be placed before 1:30PM Pacific Time (PST) to ship same business day.
• FedEx Standard Overnight :
  Guaranteed to arrive by 3 PM the next business-day from date of shipment. Orders must be placed before 1:30 PM Pacific Time (PST) to ship same business day.

We want to give you the best choices at the lowest price. If a package weighs over 13oz, USPS might be the cheaper option for States in the West Coast. Fedex Ground/Home is more economical and recommended if your items are heavy. FEDEX Ground is for business address and FEDEX Ground Home is for residential address.

International Shipping Options:

• FedEx International Ground
  7-14 Business Days. For Canada only.
• FedEx International Economy
  2-5 Business Days
• FedEx International Priority
  1-3 Business Days
  

Customs and Import Duties (for shipments outside the US):

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied by your country when your package reaches your country. All-Battery.com ships your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes. We do not know the additional chargers for your specific country.

If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Items Designated With (DGR) & (DGR-A)
For these special items, your selected shipping method may not able to ship due to shipping regulations, and customer service may contact you with different shipping options.

Additional special handling and costs will be required & incurred. One of our service reps will contact you with the additional costs before committing with the order.

Free Shipping Coupon Code or Items/Offers

• Only applies for Domestic US Shipping addresses.
• If there are non-free shipping items, the shipping cost is only for those items (if applicable).
• All-Battery.com will decide to ship via USPS, FedEx, or SmartPost - it will be up to our discretion. Shipping time will vary between 1-7 Business Days.
